Terms of service

PulseList is a directory of startups and crypto products. Listings are checked automatically for liveness and change; scores and stamps describe what our checks observed, not endorsements. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Content you submit (listings, reviews, threads, comments) must be yours to post, lawful, and honest — no impersonation, no undisclosed affiliations in reviews, no spam or link schemes. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform and its feeds. You can delete your account at any time; see the privacy policy for what happens to contributed content.

Free and paid listings receive the same ranking treatment — paid tiers buy verification frequency, profile features, and placement slots that are always labeled, never hidden ranking weight. We may reject, edit, or remove listings that are dead, misleading, or unlawful. Fees are non-refundable once a paid period has started except where law requires; subscriptions can be cancelled any time and run to the end of the paid period.

No scraping at abusive rates (the public API exists — use it), no attempts to bypass rate limits or moderation, no security probing without permission, no content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringing. Violations can end an account without notice.

The service is provided “as is”. Directory data, PulseReports, and trust scores can be wrong or stale; verify independently before relying on them — see the crypto disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
