We rebuilt onboarding three times and still lose people at the workspace step. The flow is: email, workspace name, invite teammates, connect a data source. Most drop-off happens right before the data source. Would you cut the invite step, or move it after the first useful screen? Screenshots in the replies. Honest feedback welcome — we would rather hear it now than after launch day.
